Return Policy

ORDER CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION:

ORDERS ARE PROCESSED WITHIN 24 HOURS FROM THE TIME OF PURCHASE.

If you want to change or cancel any order please notify us in writing at support@2gadgetguys.com within 4 hours from the time the order has been placed.

If you have placed the order for a wrong product (Model, Color, Material, etc.) you need to inform us within 4 hours to make the desired changes, to ensure the order can still be changed. Once an order has shipped, we cannot accept revisions, changes or cancellations to the order.

Once the order is shipped, we will send you, via email, a shipping confirmation that contains tracking information. Once a product is shipped, the Return and Exchange Policy will apply.

Return and Exchange Policy

Should you receive damaged, defective or faulty product, you can file a replacement, exchange or refund within 24 hours after the shipment have been delivered for a 100% refund/compensation. Return postage (if any is required) for any item requested to be sent back to our warehouse will be at our expense in the event of a damaged, defective, or faulty product.

If you have placed the order for a wrong product and have not informed us in writing within 12 hours of the purchase and the product is shipped out, we will charge a 20% modification or restocking fee for sending out the correct replacement product.

Please contact us at support@2gadgetguys.com to begin the exchange or return process. You may also open a support ticket on our site to initiate this process.

Refunds if the product is simply unwanted, or ordered incorrectly are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

2 Gadget Guys will not be liable for refunds on orders that are already delivered and the customer is not aware of those transactions. The person himself will be responsible to figure out false usage of their private/financial information.

Refunds for online purchases

Your refund will be issued to the same credit card you used for the original purchase.

Please allow up to 2 weeks for the credit to be reflected in your account. Allow up to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
